Hi, I’m Jackie — and I believe fitness should feel welcoming, achievable and enjoyable, not intimidating.
I run friendly, supportive fitness classes designed for real people with real lives, particularly those in their 40s and beyond. My sessions focus on building strength, improving fitness, and boosting confidence — all in a relaxed, judgement-free environment.
I know that bodies change over time, especially through busy years, hormonal shifts and life’s curveballs. That’s why my classes are adaptable, inclusive and focused on how you feel, not just how you look. Whether you’re returning to exercise, trying something new, or just want to move more and feel better, you’ll be supported every step of the way.
Expect a mix of cardio, strength work, fun challenges and plenty of encouragement — plus a strong sense of community. You don’t need to be fit to start, just willing to give it a go.
